We created the Dunes Marketing Group in 1979. Although it doesn’t seem like all that long ago, we’re now one of the oldest and most respected real estate agencies on Hilton Head Island and in the surrounding area. You only stick around in the competitive world of real estate sales if you produce results, and in real estate, that means sales. You only earn respect when those sales result in satisfied buyers and sellers. We believe that those two things, long-term sales success and respect, are two sides of the same coin.

In the early years the Dunes Marketing Group was an exclusive agent for properties at Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove, Leamington, Palmetto Hall, Windmill Harbour, Moss Creek and others. Over the years we grew into a full-service real estate brokerage company. We’ve seen the need for coordinated marketing of properties, not just making listings. And we’ve seen that approach result in sales.

There are many ways to measure success. The simplest would be to simply look at the dollar figures. Here’s an impressive number: five billion dollars in real estate sales. We’ve sold over five billion dollars worth of real estate since 1979. That’s an amazing number and places us as one of the top three area real estate agencies in the Hilton head Island area.

Over the past three decades we’ve seen Hilton Head Island become one of the premiere vacation destinations in the world and we’re proud of the part that we’ve played in the area’s growth.
