Patricia "Trish" Weaver has enjoyed being an “Islander” for 34 years. She met her husband, Doug, on the Island and their two children, Lauren and Kyle, are Hilton Head Island “natives.” Doug is the Director of Golf Instruction for the Palmetto Dunes Resort and a former PGA Tour member. Lauren is attending the University of South Carolina majoring in History and Anthropology and will continue her education there for a masters in Education. Kyle is a senior in high school and has committed to play football at The Citadel University. Trish has watched Hilton Head Island grow from a one-stoplight Island to a town offering full time residents, second home owners and vacationers a wonderful lifestyle that cannot be beat.

After graduating from North Carolina State University, Trish began her working career with a regional property developer with properties in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama. Trish was involved with the construction, sales, closings and customer service, promoting a positive experience for all their purchasers.

Trish received her Real Estate Sales License in 1983 and Broker’s License in 1986.
