We're one of the fastest growing regions of the United States, have a local government that's renowned as “eco-friendly”, are the home of PGA tournaments, a world-renowned orchestra and choral society, as well as several annual festivals and events (included the largest tented wine tasting event on the East Coast) and the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina.

It doesn't matter if you're permanently relocating or just setting up a new vacation home — moving, relocating is almost never something that people look forward to, but moving to Hilton Head can be the event of a lifetime. You'll just need a little help, preparation, and planning to make it happen smoothly.

The town of Hilton Head was incorporated in 1983 and provides all of the services that you'd expect from a small city of nearly 40,000 year round residents. The Beaufort County schools are well regarded and there are several private schools to select from as well. You'll find that everything you need is within easy reach to your new Hilton Head Island home.
